1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or enrolling in Edge Experience Academy, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other policies or guidelines provided by InnerView Group, LLC and Mohawk Industries, Inc. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be active employees and associated with Mohawk Flooring through the Retailer Business Entity of the registrant.
You confirm that the personal information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
A deposit fee of 50% per participant must be made at the time of registration unless the Retailer Business Entity is an Active Edge Member Store and has included enrollments available as part of their membership. Any additional enrollments beyond their included enrollments will require a deposit at the time of registration.
If a deposit was paid, the balance will be due for each participant at the time of coarse scheduling.
Refunds on deposits or course fees will only be given if it is determined that the Retailer Business Entity is an Edge Member Store and has an included enrollment slot(s) available.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling issues, or partial course completion.
Enrollments are only transferable to other participants provided that the original participant has not already begun the course.
Platform access is assigned to individual participants and cannot be shared.
4. Course Access
Course participants will have access to the course platform and all materials, including videos, assignments, supplementary resources, and community features, for a period of 12 months after the course start date.
Course materials are provided for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and assessments, is the intellectual property of InnerView Group, LLC and/or Mohawk Industries Inc. and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
You and any enrolled participants agree to engage respectfully in all course-related activities, including forums, group projects, and communications with instructors and peers.
Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or academic dishonesty (e.g., plagiarism) may result in removal from the course without refund.
7. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the course.
InnerView Group, LLC and/or Mohawk Industries Inc., are not liable for technical issues arising from your equipment or internet service provider.
8. Certificate of Completion
Certificates of completion for participants will be issued upon successful fulfillment of all course requirements, if applicable.
Certificates are digital unless otherwise specified.
9. Cancellation or Rescheduling
InnerView Group, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Edge Experience Academy. In such cases, enrolled participants will be notified promptly, and appropriate options (e.g., full refund or alternative course dates) will be provided.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
InnerView Group, LLC and Mohawk Industries, Inc. do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in Edge Experience Academy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerView Group, LLC and Mohawk Industries, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the course materials.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our https://innerviewgroup.com/privacy-policy/.
Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Amendments
InnerView Group, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants via email or the course platform.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
